Russell Kaiser
Chief Nursing Officer— The Colony ER Hospital
As the Chief Nursing Officer of The Colony ER Hospital, Russell is responsible for high level, safe and effective clinical excellence for our internal and external customers. Russell carries with him a wealth of leadership and implementation experience that that he applies to our model through shared governance. Russell is a Registered Nurse who excelled in all aspects of his role even once being the selected as the “Nurse of the Year” by the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce in 2015.
Russell graduated High School from Deer Park, Texas. His education spans several institutions to include Copper Mountain College, College of the Desert, Lone Star College, Sam Houston State University and Texas Tech University. Russell’s leadership began in 2000 in Southern California where he continued to live after serving in the United States Navy. He returned home to Texas, applying his knowledge of emergency medicine and disaster preparedness to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
